摘要 研究了 4 巯基吡啶自组装膜 (SAM)修饰金电极的制备及其电化学性质 ,并用于抗坏血酸 (AA)的测定。在pH 3.0盐酸 邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲溶液中 ,AA在SAM修饰金电极上产生一灵敏的氧化峰 ,峰电流与AA浓度在 4 .0× 10 - 6 ~ 1.0× 10 - 3mol L范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 2 .7× 10 - 6 mol L ,相关系数为0 9978。该电极对多巴胺 (DA)有排斥作用 ,重现性良好 ,可用于AA的灵敏测定。 The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of 4-pyridinethiolate self-assembled monolayer modified Au electrode were investigated. The modified electrode was applied to the determination of ascorbic acid (AA). In buffer solution (pH = 3.0), a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 274mV with 4-pyridinethiolate modified Au electrode. Compared with the oxidation of AA at the bare Au electrode, the modified electrode oxidizes AA at a potential that is 113mV less positive. The current is proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 4.0 x 10(-6) similar to 1.0 x 10(-3) mol/L, the detection limit is 2.7 x 10(-6) mol/L. The modified electrode has a. well-repeatability and can enhance the sensitivity for the determination of ascorbic acid. It has been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in tablet.
