摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病患者血清IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α与中医辨证分型的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法检测 82例糖尿病 (DM )患者和正常人对照组 30例血清中IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α的水平。结果 :阴阳两虚组糖尿病患者IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α显著高于正常组、阴虚热盛组及气阴两虚组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :DM患者中医证型间存在着不同程度的细胞免疫功能失调 ,IL - 6 ,IL - 8和TNF -α可作为DM患者中医辨证的客观指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the syndrome patterns in TCM differential diagnostics and the levels of plasmatic IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:The Redioimmunoassay was used in the determination of the levels of plasmatic IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in 82 cases of Diabetes mellitus(DM) and 30 healthy human subjects. DM patients were divided into different TCM syndrome pattern groups and the healthy human subjects were taken as normal control.Results:The plasma levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in DM patients with Yin-Yang-Liang-Xu group were significantly higher than those in normal contral, Yin-Xu-Re-Sheng group and Qi-Yin-liang-Xu group( P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusions:From the results, it can be concluded that all the different TCM syndrome patterns of DM are related to different degrees of disorder of cell immune functions, and IL-6,IL-8and TNF-α can act as the criteria in diagnosing DM patients by TCM differential diagnostic method.
