摘要
准时生产制是提高制造业绩效的有效工具,但是,该种生产方式的正确实施还会遇到大量的难以想象的问题和困难,必须正确地实施看板生产、均衡生产,做到对设备的快速装换调整和进行设备的合理布置等,本文就这些问题进行了简要叙述。
Just In Time is an efficient tool to increase manufacturing performance.But actualizing this kind of production mode accurately will face lots of incredible problems and difficulties. We must actualize kanban and proportion production accurately, so we can rig out,change,adjust the equipments fast and arrange the equipments logically. This article is an elementary introduction these issues.
