摘要
本文结合日本先进采购管理技术分析了各工业企业中采购管理的基本工作内容和工作流程,并以此为基础讲述了采购管理信息系统(PMIS)的设计思想和实现方法,对工业企业的采购管理信息系统的设计或导入提供了参考。
This paper analyzes the basic content and process,of which the pur-chase management of the industrial enter-prise has adopted the advanced purchasemanagement technology in Japan.On thebasis of it,this paper expounds thethought of designing and the method ofusing the Purchase Management Informa-tion System(PMIS),and offers the refer-ence of the designing and inducting thePMIS in the industrial enterprise.
