摘要
本文采用雷尼镍催化剂吸附乙撑硫脲中的硫 ,生成硫化镍 ,加入浓盐酸 ,使硫化镍全部转化为硫化氢 ,通过气相色谱测定顶空气体中硫化氢的含量 ,可间接测定乙撑硫脲的含量。本方法简便快速 ,乙撑硫脲在大白菜中的最小检出量为 0 .0 0 0 5 4 9mg kg。
The content of ethylenethiourea in Chinese cabbage is progressively analysed by raney-niccolum catalyst absorption,dense hydrochloric acid acidation and gas chromatography determination.A simply rapid and accurate mathod is established.The lowest detectable amount of ethy lenethiourea in Chinese cabbage could reach 0.000549mg/kg.
