Determination of methyl-bromide in food by headspace gas chromatography

摘要 以顶空气相色谱法结合μ-ECD(徽池电子捕获器)检测器测定食品中溴甲烷,利用盐析作用使用饱和氯化钠溶液浸润样品,更利于溴甲烷挥发至气相,优化平衡时间30min,同时优化气相流速1mL/min时,目标物甲基溴有较高的响应。方法线性范围在10μg/kg~500μg/kg,线性相关系数0.996,最低检测限0.01mg/kg。添加标样10μg/kg和50μg/kg,回收率在71.6%~92.1%之间,变异系数为4.11%~5.55%。 A method for determination of methy-bromide in food by headspace gas chromatography withμ-ECD was established.Samples were soaked with saturated sodium chloride solution,which was helpful for the methyl-bromide to vaporize.The optimized equilibrium time was 30min,and the flow rate of mobile phase (N~2) was 1mL/min.The linearity of calibration curve was in the range of 10μg/kg to 500μg/kg.R^2 = 0.0996.The detection limit was 0.01mg/kg.Standard sample were spiked at 10μg/kg and 50μg/kg,and recoveries ranged from 71.6%to 92.1%with RSDs of 4.11%~5.55%.
