转基因杂交稻的抗性表达及其综合性状分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对7个由粳稻转基因恢复系7个稳定株系(含有抗除草剂basta的bar基因和抗二化螟的SCK基因)与3个不育系(341A、1187A、早花二A)配制的杂交组合进行田间抗性检测及综合性状分析,得知杂交种F1喷施0.2%除草剂basta,表现与父本一致,生长正常,高抗除草剂,表明转基因恢复系的抗性基因在杂交种F1代得到高效表达;7个组合全部正常结实,正常成熟,F1结实率在88%以上,表明转基因恢复系具有很高的配合力和很强的恢复度;杂交稻小区产量显著高于父本及对照,表明转基因恢复系所配组合具有很强的杂种优势。 Through examing the field resistance and the compositive traits an alysis of7combinations combined with7Japonica transgenic restoring lines with herbicide resistant gene(bar)and borer re-sistant gene(SCK)and3sterile l ines after spraying0.2%herbicide(basta),which showed that the herbicide r esistance of the transgenic restoring lines were expressed in the high level in the F 1 gener-ation;all of F 1 were getting normal seeds-the setting percentage was above88%;F 1 yields of the trait field were significantly higher than that of male parent s and control,which proved that the transgenic restoring lines had the very hig h combining ability and good restoring force;at the same time,proved that the transgenic hybrids had more powerful heterosis.
