摘要
农产品在收获、分级、包装及运输和加工中容易发生机械损伤,其中碰撞是导致机械损伤的主要原因之一.本文以黄花梨为试验对象,进行了不同下落高度、不同梨质量和坚实度等对碰撞参数指标如加速度峰值、到达加速度峰值时间、碰撞总时间、加速度峰值/到达峰值时间的比值等影响的碰撞特性试验.结果表明3个试验因子对加速度峰值/到达峰值时间的比值、损伤体积和加速度峰值的影响均为显著(坚实度对加速度峰值影响为不显著).碰撞参数指标内部之间的相关性不尽相同,其中加速度与损伤体积间相关性最大、到达峰值时间与损伤体积相关性最小.
Bruises frequently occur during harvesting, handling, grading, and transporting. The conditions necessary for pear to be endowed with the ability to reduce or avoid bruises due to mechanical impact remain unknow. It would be useful to know the frequency and severity of bruise occurrence on pear fruit as a function of drop height, mass and firmness of fruit. So the effects of these factors on bruise volume and various impact parameters (contact time, time to peak acceleration, peak acceleration, the ratio of peak acceleration to time to peak acceleration) were determined for pear. Most of the impact parameters changed with drop height, mass, firmness of fruit.
