摘要
基于水产品加工质量控制方法,根据贝类前处理加工的具体情况,着重分析了工艺、人员、装备等前处理加工质量控制点,对相关质量检验指标进行了选择比较,并提出了贝类加工质量控制措施。
Based on the quality control techniques for aquatic products, checkpoints during pre - processing of shell- fish were analyzed in this paper, including processes, personnel and equipment. Meanwhile, relevant indicators for quality inspection were selected and compared, and quality control measures were proposed for shellfish processing.
