5-氮杂胞苷促进白菜开花的效应分析 被引量:15

摘要 用5-氮杂胞苷(5-azaC)处理白菜种子,并测定处理后子叶期幼苗的DNA甲基化水平和赤霉素(GA)含量,以分析5-azaC促进白菜开花的效应.结果表明,低浓度5-azaC促进白菜开花,且与低温促进开花的作用具有加成性;但高浓度时却抑制开花,以250μmol/L促进开花的效果最好.5-azaC降低白菜DNA甲基化水平和GA含量,表明5-azaC具有代替低温促进植物开花的作用. The treatment of the seeds with 5azacytidine promoted flowering at low concentration but inhibited flowering at high concentration in nonheading chinese cabbage.The optimum concentration was 250 μmol/L. In addition the effects of 5azacytidine were additive with low temperature. 5azacytidine decreased DNA methylation level and gibberellin content. These results indicated that 5azacytidine could substitute for the effects of low temperature in flower promotion.
