摘要
用5-氮杂胞苷(5-azaC)处理白菜种子,并测定处理后子叶期幼苗的DNA甲基化水平和赤霉素(GA)含量,以分析5-azaC促进白菜开花的效应.结果表明,低浓度5-azaC促进白菜开花,且与低温促进开花的作用具有加成性;但高浓度时却抑制开花,以250μmol/L促进开花的效果最好.5-azaC降低白菜DNA甲基化水平和GA含量,表明5-azaC具有代替低温促进植物开花的作用.
The treatment of the seeds with 5azacytidine promoted flowering at low concentration but inhibited flowering at high concentration in nonheading chinese cabbage.The optimum concentration was 250 μmol/L. In addition the effects of 5azacytidine were additive with low temperature. 5azacytidine decreased DNA methylation level and gibberellin content. These results indicated that 5azacytidine could substitute for the effects of low temperature in flower promotion.
