摘要
本文介绍一套计算机阀门检测系统,由一台工控机控制10个阀门检测装置。该系统从根本上改变了传统的手动检验方式,大大地提高阀门检测精度和工作效率,也解决了由于压力大手动检测操作人员不安全的问题。
The article described a set of computer-controlling system that is used to control 10 sets of valve-checking equipment. The traditional checking method of the valves are almost executed manually which involve the problems of inefficiency and inaccurate, etc. The result confirmed that the computer -checking system had improved the efficiency and precise and kept the danger because of high-pressure from the operator.
