摘要
目的 :应用二维超声实时动态成像技术诊断胎儿唇腭裂。方法 :对16～42孕周胎儿唇部进行观察。结果 :唇裂4例 ,上唇裂隙宽<0 8cm ;唇裂并腭裂21例 ,上唇裂隙宽≥0 8cm ,横断面时上腭见裂隙并向咽部延伸。结论 :二维超声有助于胎儿唇腭裂的诊断 。
Objective:Two-dimensional ultrasonography mode was used to diagnose f etal cleftlip(or palatelip).Methods:To observe lips of fetuses in sixteen-forty weeks gestational age.Results:All fetuses in this group,cleft of upper lip<0 8 cm with 4 cases and≥0.8cm with 21 cases which are both cleftlip and cleftpalate .When transection of palate,cleft of palate was seen and exend to pharynge with palatelip.Conclusions:Two-dimensional ultrasonography help to diagnose fetal cl eftlip and cleftpalate,it is an efficient method to detect the diseases.
