摘要
目的探讨胎儿唇腭裂的超声成像特点及超声对胎儿唇腭裂的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结并分析2006年2月～2008年12月在我院进行产前超声检查的1045例孕妇的相关临床资料。结果本组检出率为81.8%,唇裂时可见胎儿唇部连续中断,呈"八"形裂隙,合并腭裂时超声显示上颌不连续,上唇两端、鼻下唇之间形成明显的无回声间隙。结论唇裂与腭裂的声像图主要特点为上唇、上颌回声中断,出现裂隙;正确掌握产前超声检查方法可提高唇腭裂的检出率。
Objective To evaluate the fetal cleft lip and cleft palate and the ultrasound imaging characteristics of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate. Methods From February 2006 to December 2008 in our hospital,the clinical data related to 1045 pregnant women were reviewed and analyzed. Results The detection rate was 81.8%, cleft lip, when the fetus can be seen for interruption, was ＂eight＂-shaped fissures, cleft palate when the ultrasound showed that the combined maxillary not continuous, at both ends of the upper lip, nose and lower lip significantly between the non - echo space. Conclusions The cleft lip and cleft palate for the main features of sonographic echo upper lip interrupted, cracks appear; the correct way to grasp the prenatal ultrasound examination can improve the detection rate of cleft lip and palate.
