摘要
西部大开发战略的实施,给甘肃经济发展带来了新的机遇。但甘肃经济发展落后,如何做好大开发的文章,实现地区经济社会的全面振兴,投资环境的改善是一个重要的策略。文章从对甘肃投资环境的评价入手,通过建立投资环境模型进行分析,探讨了如何改善甘肃投资环境的具体策略。
The implement of develop-in-west bri ng s some new chances for the development of Gansu economy. But Gansu economy is ba ckward, to improve its investing environment becomes an important strategy for d eveloping the west and achieving the whole promotion of regional economy and soc iety. This article, from the evaluation on Gansu investing environment, probes s ome concrete measures about how to improve investing environment by building and analyzing models of investing environment.
