从综合评价方法建立的指导思想、综合评价指标体系的选择、指标权重及分值的确定与动态分析、门槛值与修正值、定性分析等方面。
The article points out that the establishment of comprehensive methods to evaluate investment environment is an important issue. The author analyses the issue from the following aspects: the guiding idea of the establishment of these methods; the choice of the comprehensive evaluation index system; the definition and dynamic analysis of the proportion and the ratios of the indexes; the threshold value and the modified value; the qualitative analysis and so on.
