摘要
对水稻纹枯病拮抗细菌B 916进行自然选育、紫外光和硫酸二乙酯诱变选育。自然选育菌株Z 49的生长速度比原始B 916菌株提高了28.6%,拮抗性能提高了33 3%。紫外光诱变菌株V 34,生长速度比对照菌株Z 49提高了2 2%,拮抗性能提高了100%;比原始菌株B 916生长速度提高了31 4%,拮抗性能提高了166 7%。硫酸二乙酯诱变菌株H 91,生长速度比对照菌株V 34提高了3 3%,拮抗性能提高了16 3%;比原始菌株B 916生长速度提高了32 9%,拮抗性能提高了210 0%。
Antagonistic bacteria strain B 916 against rice sheath blig ht was treated by UV and DES after natural screening. Strain Z 49 was produced b y natural screening, and its growing speed raised 28.6%, and antagonistic abilit y increased 33 3% than original strain B 916. Strain V 34 was produced from s train Z 49 by UV treated, its growing speed raised 2 2% and antagonistic abili ty increased 100% than natural screening strain Z 49, and its growing speed rai sed 31 4% and antagonistic ability increased 166 7% than natural screening str ain B 916. Strain H 91 was produced from strain V 34 by DES treated, its gro wing speed raised 3 3% and antagonistic ability increased 16.3% than UV treated strain V 34, and its growing speed raised 32.9% and antagonistic ability incre ased 210.0% than natural screening strain B 916.
