摘要
本研究着重研究探讨了辣椒多糖的提取工艺、性质及其组成成分 ,为辣椒多糖的活性研究奠定了一定的基础 ,同时将极大地提高辣椒残渣的应用价值 ,提高辣椒原料附加值 ,为我国今后生产辣椒深加工产品开辟了美好的前景。
This paper has made a main study of the extraction technique of pepper polysaccharide(PP).Its properties and components, which ,to a certain degree,supply the bases for the active research of PP,will greatly improve applied vaule of pepper residues and increase additional value of pepper raw material. It is believed that it will open up a wonderful prospect for the further manufacture of pepper in our country in the future.
