摘要
在目前高职院校资金不能满足各系部对专业实验、实训设备要求的情况下,资金的最优使用显得尤为重要。为保证实验设备和人员的顺利流动,做到最大限度的资源共享,就必须改革现行实验室管理体制,建立新型两级化管理制度,遵守垂直管理,平行使用的原则。
At present higher vocational colleges are short of fund to buy required experimental and training equipment for their departments.On this condition the optimization of the fund is especially important.In order to guarantee the mobility of the laboratory equipment and personnel,the resources sharing on the largest scale,the laboratory management system should be reformed and a two-level management system should be set up.The principles of vertical management and resources sharing among the departments should be observed.
