摘要
人文教育是一项旨在培养学生人文精神的系统工程,而我国的高等职业教育虽起步较晚,但从它诞生的那天起,人文教育就被忽视。本文试图从人文缺陷产生的原因入手,提出通过调整高等职业教育目标,提高师资队伍素质,改革教育教学体制,向普通高校教育学习并采用某些方法来弥补这一缺陷,从而使高职教育能够为培养全面发展的现代人作出其应有的贡献。
Humanistic education is a systematic project to foster the humanity of the students. However, it has long been neglected ever since the delayed start of our country's higher vocational and technical education. The thesis is trying, from the angle of the cause of the humanistic defect, to put forward the countermeasures through certain ways, such as adjusting the objects of higher vocational and technical education, improving the qualities of the teaching group, reforming the education and teaching system, learning from the higher education and adopting some of its methods, etc., thus enabling the higher vocational and technical education to contribute its due part to the cultivating of the all-round developed modern talents.
