摘要
目的 :了解我院抗高血压药物利用情况。方法 :查阅我院2002年6月应用抗高血压药物的出院病历150份 ,对用药品种数、药物利用、联合用药情况及其合理性进行分析。结果 :用药例/次排序前4位为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、钙拮抗剂 ;限定日剂量数排序前3位是倍他乐克、贝那普利和福辛普利钠 ;药物利用指数均≤1 ;用药方式以单独用药、二联或三联用药为主。结论 :此次调研的病例合并症多、合并用药较多 。
OBJECTIVE:To understand the utilization of antihypertensives in our hospital.METHODS:150medical records of the patients who had received antihypertensives and were discharged in June,2002were collected.The kind,utilizaˉtion and combined use of antihypertensives were analysed.RESULTS:The first4places of drugs used in order of number of case were angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,β-receptor blocking agents,diuretics and calcium antagonists.The first3places of DDDs of antihypertensives were Betaloc,Benazepril and Fosinopril.DUI≤1.Most patients received a single agent or combination of two or three agents.CONCLUSION:The study shows that complications are frequent and so is the combined use of drugs,and the use of drugs is basically rational.
