泛亚株流行理论与世界口蹄疫的形势 被引量:4

摘要 最近15年对口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)的分子流行病学研究取得了较大进展.主要是基于对病毒主要结构蛋白VP1基因进行的反转录(RT)-PCR扩增和核苷酸测序,个别的进行了全基因的研究.其内容包括:①在欧洲对与使用疫苗毒株密切相关的疫情暴发进行分子流行病学研究;②国际上对FMDV许多基因进化关系的比较和疫原追踪,世界口蹄疫咨询实验室(WRL)据此建立起有地缘关系的FMDV拓扑分型;③对单个流行毒株的详细研究,建立了泛亚株(PanAsia)流行理论,认为该毒株是当今世界口蹄疫的优势毒株[1].最近对泛亚株衣壳基因区以外的基因变异引起疫病暴发的关系进行了研究,结果显示这些区域的基因并非血清型特异的,对追踪疫情是否有用尚不得而知.不过对非结构区域基因的研究,有助于弄清FMDV型内和型间基因组合的频率和流行病学意义[2].
