摘要
目的 通过对优秀学员与问题学员在父母教养方式上的差异分析,探讨早期教育及家庭因素对军事人才发展的影响,从而为转化问题学员提供理论依据。方法 使用“父母教养方式量表(EMBU)”对40名优秀学员和40名问题学员进行对照分析。结果 优秀学员与问题学员的父母教养方式在父亲惩罚、严厉,过分干涉、拒绝、否认和母亲拒绝、否认、惩罚、严厉方面存在显著性差异。结论 不正确的父母教养方式是形成问题学员的重要因素。
Objective To explore the effet of earlier education and family factors on the development of military talents by means of analyzing parental rearing pattern differences from excellent students to problematic ones.and offer theoretical basis to problematic students' transform. Methods To analyze 40 excellent students and problematic ones contrastly with EMBU. Results There were significant difference in parental rearing pattern differences as father's punishment,strictness,over interference, refusal and deny and mother's refusal,deny and strictness. Conclusion Incorrect parental rearing pattern is a very important factor to form problematic students.
