摘要
目的了解父母教养方式与大学生心理健康的关系,为促进大学生心理健康发展提供参考依据。方法检索中国知网、万方和维普全文数据库有关父母教养方式与大学生心理健康关系的文献,选取28篇研究报告进行元分析,研究对象涉及20 834名在校大学生,研究量表主要为父母教养方式量表(EMBU)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),采用相关系数(r)为效应量,并进行Fisher Z逆转换。结果除父母亲的惩罚、严厉外,其余因子平均效应量的显著性检验P值均<0.01,父母教养方式类型与大学生的心理健康显著相关;父亲情感温暖、理解的效应量绝对值大于母亲;母亲不良教养方式的效应量大于父亲;平均效应量在父母不良教养方式上值均为正。结论父母教养方式与孩子的心理健康关系密切。父亲良好教养方式以及母亲不良教养方式与大学生心理健康的关系更大。
Objective Meta-analysis was used to review the relationship between parenting styles and the mental health of college students in China. Methods The China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang and VIP database was reviewed. Twenty-eight articles were used, and 20 834 students were surveyed. EMBU and SCL-90 were used to evaluate their parenting styles and mental health. Results There was significant correlation between parenting styles and the mental health of college students. The effect sizes of the emotional warmth from farther were higher than that from mother. The effect sizes of the negative parenting styles from mother were higher than that from father. The effect sizes of the negative paren- ting styles from parents were positive. Conclusion Parenting styles are significantly correlated with the mental health of children. The positive paren- ting styles from farther and the negative parenting styles from mother are more correlated with the mental health of children.
