摘要
医院管理由经验管理逐步向科学化、规范化转变。培养管理人才 ,提高医院管理水平是医院发展的需要。分析了医院管理人员的现状 ,指出继续教育的必要性 ,提出培训的内容 ,探讨了拓展继续教育的多种途径。认为 ,未来的医院是学习型的医院 ,管理人员接受继续教育 。
Hospitals have now evolved a more scientific and regulatory way of management on the basis of experiential management. It meets the need of further development of the hospital to foster management personnel and to improve hospital management. With the analysis of the current situation of the management staff in the hospital, it points out the necessity of continuous education, presents ways for training and probes into the various ways for conducting continuous education. It deems that hospitals in future will be study-centered. Continuous education for management staff is the only way to develop and amplify hospital management.
