摘要 目的 探讨黄体酮对氢溴酸东莨菪碱 (SCOP)所致小鼠学习记忆损害的影响。方法 水迷宫法测定黄体酮对SCOP所致小鼠学习记忆损害的改善作用。结果 黄体酮 4mg·kg-1、8mg·kg-1体重可明显减少小鼠在水迷宫中的平均游出时间。 Objects To inspect progesterone's effects on learning and memory impairments induced by scopolamine hydrobromide (SCOP).Methods Morris water maze was used to measure the extent of improved mice's learning and memory impairment caused by SCOP with progesterone.Results The average time for mice swimming out of the Morris water maze was reduced after injection with progesterone 4-mg·kg -1 and 8-mg·kg -1 in mice.Conclusions Progesterone may improve learning and memory impairments caused by SCOP.
