Differeatial operative methods for 32 cases of laryngotracheal stenosis
摘要
目的 探讨喉气管狭窄的手术治疗方式及效果。方法 32例不同部位和范围喉气管狭窄手术方法包括肉芽、瘢痕组织切除 ,粘膜对位缝合 ,杓状软骨切除、声带外移术 ;严重喉狭窄合并大面积气管缺损患者 ,行带蒂舌骨肌瓣 ,肋软骨重建术。结果 2 9例患者取得了满意的呼吸效果。
