摘要
研究目的:介绍和分析国外的市地整理模式,为我国开展市地整理及其研究提供借鉴。研究方法:文献资料法和比较分析法。研究结果:国外的市地整理广泛地应用于城市规划和城市建设,具有不同的组织和管理模式以及适用于不同城市土地类型的应用模式;不同的模式可以根据不同的情况和条件,采用灵活的管理方式和实施程序,有效地协调政府、土地所有者、开发商等多方利益人的关系,高效地实现城市土地结构的调整和生态环境的改善,防止城市的无序扩张。研究结论:我国应尽快开展市地整理研究,探寻适合我国的市地整理模式。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze and review the models of foreign urban readjustment. Methods of documentation and comparative analysis were employed. The results indicate that there are various models that are suitable to be applied in different urban developments or redevelopments in many foreign countries. Owing to their flexible and efficient managements and programs, the models can optimize urban land use structure and improve urban eco-environment. So, we must explore the models of urban readjustment that are fit to Chinese urban development as soon as possible.
