摘要
生态农田建设是高标准农田建设的升级版。分析了高标准农田建设的现状与发展趋势,提出了在农业高质量发展要求下生态农田的概念内涵。以苏州市通安镇生态农田建设为例,针对规划区现状特点和生态环境保护要求,提出了包含农田生态整治、生态型道路、智能灌溉、生态排水与面源污染防控、防护林与缓冲带、生物保育、耕地质量提升等7个方面的生态农田规划建设方案,可为南方水网平原地区生态农田建设提供参考和借鉴。
Ecological farmland construction is the upgrade of the high-standard farmland construction.The current situation and development trend of high standard farmland construction was analyzed,and the concept and connotation of ecological farmland under the request of agricultural high-quality development were proposed.Based on the ecological farmland construction in Tongan town,Suzhou city,the ecological farmland planning and construction scheme including ecological farmland regulation,ecological road,intelligent irrigation,ecological drainage and non-point source pollution prevention and control,protective forests and buffer belts,biological conservation were put forward according to the present situation of planning and ecological environment protection requirement.It can provide the reference for the ecological farmland construction of plain area of Southern Water Network.
