摘要
目的:研究血脂水平与脑梗死的关系。方法:对179例脑梗死患者分别测定其总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),并同对照组进行比较分析。结果:脑梗死组的TC、TG、LDL均较对照组高(P<0.05),而HDL则较对照组的低(P<0.05)。结论:高TC、高TG、高LDH水平及低HDL水平是脑梗死患者发病的危险因素。
Objecive: To invetigate the relationship between level of blood lipid and the patients with cerebral infarc-tion. Methods: The levels of TC,TG, HDL, LDL and VLDL in 179 patients with cerebral infarction were measured and com-pared with the control group.Results:The levels of TC,TG,LDL were higher and the level of HDL was lower in the cerebral infraction group than that in the control group respectively(P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05) .Conclusion: The higher levels of TC,TG,LDL and the lower level of HDL are risk factors in patients with cerebral infarction.
