2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者血清尿酸水平的变化 被引量:38

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与脑卒中的关系。方法随机选择202例病人,分为2型糖尿病合并脑卒中组、单纯性脑卒中组和单纯糖尿病组,测定各组患者的血清尿酸及血脂水平,分析其与2型糖尿病脑卒中的相关性。结果2型糖尿病合并脑卒中组与单纯糖尿病组相比,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)水平无明显差别,而血尿酸及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平则有显著差异(P分别为0.002和0.009)。结论低HDL血症是男女2型糖尿病合并脑卒中的重要危险因素之一,而高尿酸血症则是男性2型糖尿病合并脑卒中的另一个重要危险因素。 Objective To investigatetheassociationof hyperuricemiawiththeincidenceof strokeintype2diabeticpatients.Methods Sixtytype2diabeticpatientswithstroke,75patientswithsimplestokeand67simpletype2diabeticpatientswere randomlyselectedfromthehospitalizedpatients.Theserumlevelsof uricacid(UA), totalcholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL),very-low-densitylipoprotein-cholesterol(VLDL)and high-densitylipoprotein- cholesterol(HDL)of allthepatientsweredeterminedandcomparisonbetweenthegroupsperformed.Results Maletype2diabeticpatientswithstrokehadsignificantlyhighermeanlevelsof serumuricacidthansimplediabeticpatients,butsuch patientsof bothgendersallhadlower HDLlevels.Conclusion ThedecreasedserumHDLlevelposesas an importantrisk factorfor strokein alltype2diabeticpatients,amongwhomthemalepatientsin particularhave hyperuricemiaas another importantriskfactorforstroke.
