细胞凋亡机制中的关键性蛋白活性调控与临床疾病新药设计 被引量:2

摘要 细胞凋亡的调控研究主要包括两部分,阻止凋亡发生的调控研究(负向调控)和促进凋亡发生的调控研究(正向调控).当前阻止凋亡发生的调控研究(负向调控),主要是针对 Caspase- 3激活之前的各种蛋白激酶等,因为已有实验证明激活 Caspase- 3是凋亡发生不可逆转的一点,而促进凋亡发生的调控研究(正向调控),则是设法对 Caspase家族的激活,目前选择性激活肿瘤细胞 Caspase- 3但不影响正常细胞中该酶的活性是当前凋亡调控研究中的一个重要努力方向.除此之外,与 Bcl- 2有关的激动剂及拮抗剂的研究工作也在进一步深入并期待着为凋亡相关疾病的治疗提供进一步的理论依据和可行性方案.
