摘要
目的:评价非洛地平对轻、中度高血压的降压效果。方法:采用自身对照法。原发性高血压患者46例,给予口服非洛地平5～10mg/d,疗程4周。结果:降压总有效率为91.3％(42/46)。8例患者行24小时动态血压监测,收缩压和舒张压的谷峰值比率分别为67.84％和78.57％。结论:非洛地平能够有效降压,是一种安全有效的降压药物。
Objective:To evaluate antihypertensive effects of plendil to slight and moderate hypertension. Methods:Plendil 5-10 mg per day was administrated into 46 cases of patients with primary hypertension for 4 weeks.The data were studied between pre - administration and post - administration by a self - contrast method. Results: Total effective rate of antihyper-tension was 91. 3% (427 46) after taking plendil. 8 cases of patients were examined by a 24 hour of dynamic blood pressure, valley - peak ratio of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were 67. 84% and 78. 57%, respectively. No obvious side effect was found. Conclusion: Plendil is a safe and effective drug of antihypertension.
