摘要
研究了变形量及时效温度对 Cu- 3 .2 Ni- 0 .75 Si- 0 .3 Zn合金的显微硬度和导电率的影响 ,在此基础上对该合金薄带的加工工艺进行了探讨。结果表明 ,合金在 40 0~ 45 0℃进行时效可以获得较高的硬度 ,而高于 45 0℃进行时效 ,合金硬度开始明显下降 ;热轧态合金采用加工工艺 1~ 5制得的薄带均可满足性能要求 ,即导电率 >5 0 % IACS,显微硬度≥ 160 HV。
The effects of the deformation and aging temperature on the microhardness and electric conductivity of Cu-Ni-Si alloy were studied on the basis of which,the prcess of its thin plates was also analyzied.The results show that the higher hardness was obtained when aging at 400~500℃ and the hardness begin to decrease remarkably when aging at higher temperature.The thin plates bands made though the process 1~5 can all meet the properties,that is,electrical>50% IACS,microhardness≥160 HV.
