摘要
为掌握湖北省李斯特氏菌污染现状 ,用检验李斯特氏菌的国家标准检测方法和APIListeria快速反应板 ,对全省具有代表性的武汉、孝感、十堰、鄂州、荆门、襄樊 6个地区的 6类 5 6 1份食品进行了李斯特氏菌污染检测。结果表明 :李斯特氏菌的检出率为 4 1% ,集中在生肉和熟肉制品中 ,分别为 11 4 %和 6 7% ,检出菌株中 ,致病菌单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌占 2 6 1%。结果表明湖北省的食品存在李斯特氏菌污染 ,应加强监督监制。
In order to monitor the foods contaminated by Listeria Pirie in Hubei Province,561 food\|samples of 6 kinds from several cities in the province was inspected by the national standard examination method and API Listeria biochemical reaction plates.The results showed that the detection rate of Listeria was 4 1%,almost concentrated in raw and cooked meat.The detection rate for these two kinds of meat was 11 4% and 6 7% respectively.Among the identified Listeria ,26 1% of them was Listeria monocytogenes Pirie .
