摘要
本试验以苹果加工厂的废弃物———苹果渣为原料,用本室筛选的优质酵母菌Y02进行发酵生产酒精的试验研究。最终确定酒精的发酵条件为:接种量10%,稻壳比例为20%,原料起始pH为3 5,发酵温度30℃,0 1%的纤维素酶,发酵周期为5d时,出酒率为7 22%。这一工艺既可解决当前工业废弃物的污染,又可以充分利用再生资源发展能源生产,对环境、社会经济都有良好的效益。
