摘要
通过对杂交瘤细胞染色体分析、单克隆抗体的免疫组化和免疫荧光等指标的检测 ,对已建立的单克隆抗体细胞株5B4和5G7进行鉴定 ,结果表明 :两株单克隆抗体细胞株的染色体数目均接近两亲本的染色体数目之和 ;所建立的单克隆抗体细胞株所分泌的特异性抗体是针对子孢子的。
Two monoclonal antibody cell lines of Eimeria aceroulina, 5B4 and 5G7, were characterized by means of chromosome analysis of hybridoma ,immunofluorescence technic(IFT)and immunohistochemical method.The results showed the number of chromosomes of the two cell strains was close to the sum of chromosomes of two parent cells and the two monoclonal antibody cell strains were specific to the sporozoites of E.acervulina.
