摘要
介绍了涤纶FDY竹节丝的生产过程 ,探讨了切片质量、纺丝温度、侧吹风、卷绕工艺对生产FDY竹节丝的影响。结果表明 ,采用合理的干燥工艺 ,控制好纺丝温度 ,上油率 ,第一、第二热辊速度 。
The production process of PET slub FDY was introduced. The effects of chip quality, spinning temperature, cross air blow and winding process on the production of PET slub FDY were discussed. The results showed that the high-quality slub FDY could be produced under the suitable conditions,such as spinning temperature, oil pick-up, the first and second heated godet velocity.
