摘要
采用异形纺丝制备了6种不同规格的异形异捻涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY),分析了纤维粗细节分布及截面形态对其结构与性能的影响。结果表明:异形异捻DTY中粗节的结晶度比细节的稍大,纤维的粗细节分布是影响其性能的主要因素;纤维中粗节率越大,其断裂伸长率和沸水收缩率越小,弹性回复率越好;在相同规格下,纤维粗节率越大,断裂强度和回潮率越大;圆形截面纤维的断裂强度较异形截面纤维的高;单纤维根数越多,截面异形度越大,纤维回潮率越大。
Special-shaped differentially-twisted polyester draw-textured yarns(DTY) of six specifications were produced by profile spinning process.The effects of the distribution of thick and thin parts and the morphology of cross sections on the structure and properties of DTY were analyzed.The results showed that the crystallinity of thick parts was higher than that of thin parts in the special-shaped differentially-twisted DTY ; the distribution of thick and thin parts was the primary factor bearing upon the yarn properties ; the higher the proportion of thick parts was,the lower the elongation at break and boiling water shrinkage of the fiber were and the better the elastic recovery was; for the same specification,the higher the proportion of thick parts was,the higher the breaking strength and moisture regain were; the fiber with a circular section exhibited higher breaking strength than that with a profiled section; and the more the single fibers and the higher the section profiled degree,the higher the moisture regain was.
