摘要
针对随着经济的发展和社会的进步中人才流动难、人才流动率低的问题 ,从完善人才流动的机制入手 。
With the development of economy and society, talents are difficult to flow and the rate of mobility is very low. This paper discussed how to create good system situation to promote talents mobility.
