高温诱导金黄仓鼠胚神经上皮细胞基因的差异表达 被引量:1

Induction of Differentially Expressed Genes in the Neural Epithelial Cells of Mesocricetus auratus Embryos by Maternal Hyperthermia

摘要 以mRNA差异显示法研究高温作用后金黄仓鼠胚神经上皮细胞基因的差异表达。结果表明 ,高温处理后第 1 6h ,从鼠胚神经上皮细胞基因表达中检出两条良好重复性差异序列。该差异序列为未知序列 ,属新EST ,提示高温可能诱导金黄仓鼠胚神经上皮细胞基因表达发生变化。 Differentially expressed genes in the neural epithelial cells of Mesocricetus auratus embryos induced by maternal hyperthermia were analyzed via mRNA differential display. In conclusion, two good duplicate differential sequences were obtained in the neural epithelial cells of the hamster embryos. The sequences were identified to the new expressed sequence tags, which showed that changes in gene expression may be induced by hyperthermia.
