Preparation of Nanometer Composite Particles with Inorganic Surface Modifier

摘要 以水玻璃和Ti(SO4) 2 为原料 ,制备出TiO2 /SiO2 纳米复合粒子。用高浓度无机包覆剂溶液在复合粒子表面包覆一层无机结晶膜 ,根据无机包覆剂的热分析曲线 ,在干燥过程中连续采用 80℃和 1 2 0℃对包覆有无机改性剂的复合粒子沉淀进行真空干燥 ,在 6 0 0℃马弗炉中焙烧。用热处理使粒子表面的结晶膜分解后 ,获得单分散的纳米复合粒子。运用XRD、TEM和FTIR对复合粒子进行表征 ,发现TiO2 以 1 2 .6nm左右的纳米晶粒的形式被SiO2 膜包覆 ,所形成的复合粒子约为2 0nm ,且为单分散纳米粒子 ; Porous nanometer TiO 2/SiO 2 composite particles were prepared by Ti(SO 4) 2 and water glass. High concentration inorganic surface modifier solution was used to form modifier crystal film on nanometer composite particles. The heat treatment process, which is one of the key points of the experiment, was divided into three stages based on the TA-TG testing of the modifier solution, and 80 ℃, 120 ℃ and 600 ℃ were employed at each stage. After heat treatment, the modifier crystal film on particles was decomposed. Consequently, well dispersed nanometer composite powder was obtained. The characteristics of the composite particles were investigated by means of XRD, TEM and FTIR. It was indicated that TiO 2 particles were coated with porous SiO 2 film in the form of 12.6 nm crystal particles, and the composite particles were about 20 nm in single dispersed form. And Ti—O—Si bonds were formed in the TiO 2/ SiO 2 nanometer composite particles.
