基于准动态校准的测压铜柱温度修正方法研究

摘要 介绍了测压铜柱常用的温度修正方法及准动态校准的含义与编表方法 ,分析了测压铜柱在不同环境温度下得到的准动态校准数据 ,根据校准数据 ,应用回归技术导出了压力温度修正公式 ,并利用落锤动标装置验证了该公式的可行性 。 The methods of common temperature correction , the meaning of quasi dynamic calibration on copper cylinders and the method of making table of copper cylinders are presented.Data of quasi dynamic calibration for pressure measuring copper cylinder under a different temperature are analyzed. According to the calibration data, temperature correcting formula is derived by regression analysis. It is testified by the experiments on drop hammer dynamic pressure calibration system that the formula is feasible. This formula can be used to calculate the correcting value of pressure when copper cylinders work under nonstandard temperature .It can also be used to make temperature correcting table.
