摘要
该文介绍落锤动标装置的工作原理及其功能 ,阐明了传感器准静态绝对校准的定义、方法 ,按照传感器的压力量程 ,分别设计了相关模型段的重锤 -油缸组件 ,根据大量实验数据 ,建立各压力段的绝对校准模型 ,并且通过实验验证模型的可行性。
The working principle of drop hammer dynamic pressure calibration system and its functions are introduced.The definition and the means of quasi static absolute calibration of the transducers are also clarified.According to transducer's pressure scope,the modules of the hammer and oil filled chamber are designed for the relevant pressure.The model of absolute calibration at different pressure stages is achieved according to quite a lot of experimental data.And feasibility of the model has been tested by experiments as well.
