摘要
从企业基于资源的理论出发 ,在与跨国公司比较的基础上 ,确定了我国企业技术创新国际化发展模式选择的原则。在调查的基础上 ,从战略—组织—资源配置相匹配的角度总结了我国企业技术创新国际化的模式 。
Based on an investigation of internationalization of technical innovation about Chinese large and middle enterprises, this paper advances the mode of internationalization of technical innovation about Chinese firms by comparing with MNEs On principle of matching of strategy, organization, and resources, this paper summarize the mode of internationalization of technical innovation about Chinese firms, and reason the form of its evolution
