摘要
20世纪90年代后期以来,中国企业的技术创新跨出了国门,与国外公司合作建立了R＆D联盟甚至在海外建立了R＆D分支机构。本文立足于资源理论,在调查的基础上,了解了中国企业技术创新国际化中的资源配置现状,总结了技术创新资源配置的现有模式以及未来演化,并为中国企业在技术创新国际化过程中的资源配置提出了建议。
Facing increasing competitive environment, innovation and R& D of some Chinese cnterprise have been gradually stridden across the national bou n dary since the late 1990s in order to restructure the technology capability an d knowledge structure through absorbing foreign knowledge and technology. Based on an empirical investigation, the status quo of resource allocation in intern atio nal innovation, the existing paradigm of resource allocation and its cvolvc ment, and managcrial implication were present in this context.
