银屑病患者红细胞及血小板天然免疫分子CR_1/CD_(59)表达的相关性变化

摘要 目的 研究银屑病患者红细胞、血小板表面天然免疫分子CR1与CD59的表达相关性 ,并探讨其在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法 应用流式细胞仪同时检测寻常型银屑病患者新鲜红细胞、血小板表面CR1、CD59的表达水平。结果 银屑病患者红细胞、血小板CR1与CD59较正常人有所增高 ,正常人红细胞、血小板CR1与CD59呈明显负相关 (γ =0 .6 0 3,P <0 .0 1) ,而在银屑病则呈紊乱状态。 结论 天然免疫分子CR1与CD59间可能存在某种调控机制 。 Objective To study the relationship on expression of innate immunal molecular CR 1 and CD 59 on erythrocytes and platelets in patients with psoriasis,and find the possible role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods To determine the expression level of CR 1/CD 59 on fresh erythrocytes and platelets in patients with psoriasis by FCM.Results The expression of innate immunal molecular CR 1 and CD 59 on erythrocytes and platelets in patients with psoriasis was higher than that in normal controls. In normal controls,there was a negative relationship between CR 1 and CD 59 (γ=0.603,P<0.01),but disorder in psoriasis.Conclusion There maybe a control between CR 1 and CD 59 ,which may play an important role in the innate immune reaction and pathogenesis of psoriasis.
