摘要
目的 建立人用Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗的纯化工艺。方法 应用 2步柱层析对Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗原液进行纯化 ,对该疫苗效价及残余小牛血清、Vero细胞DNA等纯化指标进行检测。结果 经纯化的疫苗各项纯化指标均达到《中国生物制品规程》的要求 ,并较好保留了疫苗活性。结论 该法适用于人用Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗的纯化。
