摘要
目的 探讨骨折术后深部感染的原因、预防和治疗方法。方法 对骨折术后深部感染病灶行扩创后置管闭合灌洗。结果 2 4例经清创闭合灌洗平均 2 7 5d后 ,感染均得以控制 ,效果满意。结论 骨折手术后深部感染原因是多方面的 ,宜积极预防 ,早期发现 ,及时扩创闭合灌洗 ,遗留肢体功能障碍者留待后期治疗。
Objective To explore the causes of deep infection after fracture operation and the prevention and treatment methods. Methods 24 cases with deep infection after fracture operation were treated by closed irrigation through drainage tube after debridement. Results The infection was satisfactorily controlled in all 24 cases after closed irrigation for an average of 27 5 d. Conclusion The causes of the deep infection after fracture operation are various. Preventive measures should be taken actively;infection should be diagnosed in the early stage, debridment of the wounds and closed irrigation should be performed in time; and those with consequent dysfunction should be left for late management.
