摘要
针对混凝土施工及工程设计中重要的工艺参数,如搅拌楼皮带机上料能力、过渡料仓的体积、外加剂基准掺量、粗骨料中针片颗粒含量等进行了分析和确定.通过工程实践发现:搅拌楼后场皮带机按搅拌楼产量的2倍设计;搅拌楼与生产车间混凝土过渡料仓体积按生产车间节拍的2倍设计;按水泥颗粒比表面积计算外加剂的基准掺量比较方便和准确;任何混凝土配合比中粗集料的针片状颗粒含量都不宜超过30%;粉煤灰混凝土的振动密实时间不宜大于纯水泥混凝土的振实时间.
Several important technical parameters in concrete work and engineering design such as the feedrate of belt conveyer from concrete mixers, volume of transition silo of concrete, datum content of admixtures in concrete, proportions of elongated and flaky particles in coarse aggregate, etc are analyzed and determined. It is found through constructional practice that the feedrate of belt conveyer should be designed as two times of the output from the concrete mixers, the volume of transition silo between mixers and preparation shop has to be determined as two times of the rhythm of preparation shop, convenient and accurate evaluation of datum content of admixtures in concrete should be performed according to specific surface area of cement particles, the content of elongated and flaky particles in coarse aggregate of any concrete proportions is not to be greater than 30%, and the timeperiod of vibrating compaction of coal ash concrete is inadvisable to be greater than that of concrete of pure cement.
