摘要
将复杂的混凝土简化为多层次的双组分结构,从而可利用同一个模型研究各层次的共同性质.从现象学角度归纳出混凝土收缩的核心作用是使各层次组分产生变形与约束.对混凝土收缩与其约束因素之间的关系进行理论分析,并用实验加以佐证.结果表明,在混凝土的收缩过程中,粗集料的内约束作用使混凝土内部产生初始的应力和变形,形成潜在的破坏趋向;当受到外约束作用时,外加较小的变形既有可能引起混凝土的开裂;内、外约束作用具有叠加性.
The complexity of concrete was simplified into multiply two-component texture so that it could be used as an identical to investigate the common property of all levels within it. It was inducted from the point of view of phenomenology that primary effect of concrete shrinkage was to deform and restraint all levels and components of the concrete. The relation between concrete shrinkage and restraint factors was analyzed and investigated theoretically and verified experimentally. The result showed that there were initial stress and deformation in the concrete due to inner restraint of coarse aggregate, forming a potential trend of destruction. When the concrete was subject to an outer restraint, a comparatively small deformation might make the concrete to crack. The action of inner restraint and outer restraint was accumulative.
